Why We Built Compass
After a decade of deploying Microsoft 365 for large enterprises, we kept seeing the same governance gaps create the same problems. Organizations investing millions in M365 and Copilot, losing analytics data after 180 days. Regulated companies without audit trails that meet compliance requirements. IT teams drowning in Teams sprawl with no provisioning governance.
Every one of these problems has a technical solution. The issue was the delivery model. Existing vendors lock customers into recurring subscriptions that cost more over three years than the problem warrants.
We believed there was a better way: build the solution, deploy it into the customer's own tenant, hand over the keys, and move on. The customer owns everything. No recurring fees. No vendor lock-in. No data leaving the tenant.
